Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Abacus Therapies is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCBA-D) or a BCBA-to-be (free supervision hours available) to join our team of caring professionals who make a real impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum.
You will be helping the team to create a positive change in the lives of the families we serve.

Main requirements for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Abacus Therapies:
- BCBA or eligibility to sit for the certification exam
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Collaborative mindset
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Providing in-center or at-home/school services as needed (hybrid position available)
- Training / overseeing paraprofessionals
- Consulting with families, caregivers, school, etc., as needed
- Timely submission of reports and plans

Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Abacus Therapies is looking for an open-minded, caring, responsible individual who has experience in Behavior Therapy or is willing to learn through our RBT training program. They must believe in a child-led, naturalistic approach for supporting children on the spectrum, and their families.
